These Terms of Service govern your use of unfoldbag.com and any purchase you make from UNFOLD ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products and display their colours accurately. Screen settings vary, so actual colours may differ slightly from the images shown. Product dimensions and capacities are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, withdraw products or correct pricing errors at any time before your order is accepted. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to confirm or cancel it, and refund you in full if cancelled.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been an error in pricing or product information.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major cards, UPI, netbanking and popular wallets. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and our 12-month warranty are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Promotional codes

Discount codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the UNFOLD name, logo, product photography, text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.
