Where we ship

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum order value.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days from dispatch

These timelines are estimates. Delivery may take longer during sale periods and festivals, or because of weather, courier delays and other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What is in the box

Every UNFOLD bag ships with a free UNFOLD notebook and a branded dust bag.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
